Scope

What this policy covers.

This policy applies to Navigic public websites, workflow interviews, consulting services, dashboard surfaces, supervised agent workflows, and provider integrations. Connected third-party providers may also process data under their own policies.

Data

Information we may process.

  1. 01

    Account and contact details, such as name, email address, workspace membership, support requests, and workflow-interview context.

  2. 02

    Workflow examples, source-system descriptions, review records, agent instructions, approved knowledge, channel settings, and activity metadata.

  3. 03

    Conversations and messages submitted through Navigic surfaces, including the public website, dashboard, email, and customer-authorized channels.

  4. 04

    Integration metadata needed to connect providers, such as account IDs, resource IDs, channel IDs, requested scopes, and OAuth connection status.

  5. 05

    Billing and entitlement status. Payment details are handled by payment providers and are not stored in this website source.

  6. 06

    Technical logs, diagnostics, browser metadata, device metadata, IP-derived security signals, and usage events needed to operate and protect the service.

Use

How we use information.

provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Navigic websites, workflow interviews, dashboard surfaces, supervised agent workflows, and integrations;

authenticate users, maintain workspaces, enforce permissions, route authorized messages, and show reviewable activity;

process provider integrations at your direction, including sending approved actions back to connected systems;

communicate about service access, billing, support, security, changes, and managed-preview programs;

detect abuse, investigate errors, protect service reliability, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Sharing

When information may be shared.

connected providers when you authorize an integration or ask Navigic to act through that provider;

service providers that help operate hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, billing, support, security, or communications;

authorized workspace members according to their workspace role and the channels or agents they can access;

law enforcement, regulators, or other parties when disclosure is required by law or needed to protect Navigic, users, or the public;

a successor organization if Navigic is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or asset transfer.

Integrations

Provider data.

When a workspace admin connects a provider, Navigic may process the provider account, requested scopes, connection status, selected resources, provider event payloads, and approved agent actions needed for that integration. Provider credentials must not be pasted into chats, support tickets, public docs, or browser storage.

Controls

Retention, choices, and contact.

Navigic retains information as needed to provide the service, maintain security, support workspace auditability, troubleshoot issues, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Workspace admins can revoke provider access in the provider console and in available Navigic setup surfaces.

To ask about access, correction, deletion, workspace exports, or privacy requests, email [email protected].

Navigic helps operators turn repeated knowledge work into human-supervised agent workflows.
