Agreement

Using Navigic.

These terms apply when you access Navigic public websites, workflow interviews, consulting services, dashboard surfaces, supervised agent workflows, and integrations. If you use Navigic for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

Some customers may have a separate written agreement with Navigic. If that agreement conflicts with these terms for the same service, the separate written agreement controls.

Accounts

Customer responsibilities.

maintain accurate account and billing information;

control who can access each workspace, agent, channel, integration, and provider account;

review agent instructions, approved knowledge, integration permissions, channel bindings, and customer-facing output before relying on them in sensitive contexts;

keep provider credentials, signing secrets, service tokens, and OAuth material confidential;

ensure that your content, connected channels, and use of Navigic comply with laws and provider terms that apply to you.

Agents

AI output and review.

Navigic agents may generate incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable output. You are responsible for reviewing agent behavior, published instructions, connected knowledge, tool permissions, channel bindings, and customer-facing responses before relying on them. Human review is especially important for operational work that involves policy judgment, money movement, account access, security, regulated topics, or commitments to customers.

Use

Acceptable use.

  1. 01

    do not use Navigic to violate law, infringe rights, send spam, distribute malware, or attack systems;

  2. 02

    do not submit secrets, access tokens, payment card data, protected health information, or highly sensitive data unless Navigic has expressly agreed to support that use case in writing;

  3. 03

    do not bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, safety controls, approval modes, or review workflows;

  4. 04

    do not use agents as the sole decision-maker for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, employment, housing, credit, or similar high-impact decisions;

  5. 05

    do not misrepresent agent output as human-authored or guaranteed when review or disclosure is required.

Integrations

Provider accounts.

Integrations let agents call external services through reviewed, versioned operation contracts. You are responsible for choosing provider accounts, approving requested scopes, binding integrations to agents or channels, and revoking access when an integration is no longer needed.

  • An integration is a reviewed operation contract, not arbitrary code loaded into Navigic.
  • Integration setup may require provider authorization, requested scopes, human approval defaults, operation grants, and data-use review.
  • Managed-preview integrations and third-party availability may be limited, changed, suspended, or revoked.
  • Provider terms and policies continue to apply when you connect a provider account.

Content

Your content and feedback.

You retain rights in content you submit to Navigic. You grant Navigic the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and use that content to provide and secure the service, operate connected agents and integrations, troubleshoot issues, and support your workspace. Feedback may be used without restriction unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Billing

Billing, changes, and availability.

Paid pilots, consulting fees, managed LLM credits, and enterprise terms are described in a separate written agreement or authenticated billing flow. Navigic may change, suspend, or discontinue previews, features, integrations, or docs as the service evolves. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date.
