Agent Deployment
Agent deployment is the process of moving an agent from draft work to live use. In Navigic, you publish a reviewed agent version, then choose which channel should use that version.
This means editing an agent does not automatically change live customer conversations. A channel keeps serving its selected version until you deploy a different one.
Why it matters
Versioned deployment gives your team a clear release model for support agents. You can prepare changes, review them, and switch a channel to the new version when you are ready.
If a change does not behave as expected, you can use the dashboard to see which version is live and update the channel binding.
