Use this glossary to map common Navigic product terms to their customer-facing meaning.

AgentA configured AI worker with instructions, knowledge, tools, and deployment behavior.
Agent StudioThe dashboard surface for drafting, validating, publishing, and deploying agents.
DraftEditable agent work that is not live by itself.
Published versionA reviewed snapshot of an agent that can be deployed to a channel.
ChannelA place where an agent serves people or work.
HomeThe default authenticated dashboard channel for workspace users.
Website SupportThe embedded website widget channel for visitors and customers.
Embed keyA key that authorizes the website widget to load from approved origins.
Visitor sessionA widget conversation context for an anonymous or identified visitor.
KnowledgeCustomer-supplied material an agent can use to answer and route work.
Workspace resourcesDurable files and notes stored in a workspace for use across agents, channels, and connected clients.
Managed runtimeNavigic-hosted execution capacity for agents, channels, and conversations.
Managed LLM creditsPlan-included credits applied to supported model usage during a billing cycle.
EscalationRouting an unresolved, sensitive, or approval-heavy conversation to a person.
