Workspaces

A Navigic workspace is the shared account container for your support operation. It holds the agents you build, the channels where they respond, the conversations they serve, the knowledge they can use, and the usage tied to your plan.

Most teams use one workspace for one company or support organization. Keep separate brands, environments, or customers in separate workspaces when they need different administrators, knowledge, billing, or operational boundaries.

Why it matters

The workspace is the boundary Navigic uses for access, configuration, and reporting. A channel belongs to a workspace. An agent is published inside a workspace. Usage and managed runtime access are measured at the workspace level.

This gives your team one place to review what is live, what knowledge agents can use, and how customer conversations are flowing.

What a workspace contains

  • Agents and published versions.
  • Channels such as Home and Website Support.
  • Website embed keys and visitor sessions.
  • Knowledge and workspace resources.
  • Conversation activity, reviews, and escalations.
  • Plan usage, managed LLM credits, and runtime health.
