Usage is the model and service consumption generated by your workspace. Managed LLM credits are the plan-included credits Navigic applies to supported model usage during a billing cycle.
The dashboard shows usage so your team can understand how agents, channels, and conversations contribute to consumption.
Why it matters
Usage visibility helps you evaluate cost, tune agent behavior, and decide when to change plans. It also helps support leads understand whether a channel rollout is increasing automation volume as expected.
Credits renew according to your plan. Extra usage should be explicit and visible before it changes what you pay.
What to monitor
- Current billing cycle usage.
- Remaining managed LLM credits.
- Usage by model or model route when available.
- Daily usage trends.
- Channel or agent patterns that increase consumption.
